One of the most recognizable mechanized belay devices in the world the GriGri is a classic design made to increase safety when belaying. Designed for use by anyone this gives assisted breaking to the user and makes it an ideal device to use while your partner is working routes or redpointing. The Cam-style braking locks quickly and helps catch the climber to ensure safety during a fall.
This is designed for use on ropes 8.5mm to 11mm thick.
