This double-sided banana-shaped file helps maintain tough yet healthy skin on hands and feet. The rough 60 grit side shapes thick calluses, while the fine 180 grit side smooths edges to prevent painful splits and snags. With three peel-away layers per grit on a sturdy wooden core, it’s made to last - hopefully as long as your skin!
Tips and Tricks:

Use on clean, dry skin or nails for best results.

Calluses & Splits: Start with the rough side to gently reduce buildup, then smooth with the fine grit to avoid tears and flappers.

Nails: File in one direction, from edge to center - keep them trim but not too short to prevent pressure points under load.
