Vertical Mind is a book that helps climbers to better utilise their mind through tips and techniques to improve their climbing ability and to have greater enjoyment. The Book is grounded in psychology and brain science, encouraging climbers to retrain their brains to take their climbing to greater heights. Specific emphasis is placed on training to overcome fear and anxiety that limits performance.
UK customers can return non-faulty items within 28 days of receipt for a refund or replacement (this begins the day after you receive the goods), provided that they are (in our opinion) complete with their original packaging and unused new condition.
