A slimmed-down, single-wire nut designed for trad and alpine climbers, the DMM Halfnut excels where weight and precision matter from fine cracks and pin scars to minimalist trad racks. While it shares taper angles and a profile with DMM’s classic Wallnuts, its narrower shape unlocks new placement possibilities

Lightweight Construction: A 1-7 set is about 42% lighter than equivalent Wallnuts, helping you shave grams off your rack

Tailored Alloy Composition: Sizes 1-4 use harder alloy to resist shearing; sizes 5-11 use softer alloy to bite better into rock

Weight-Reducing Features: Size 7 has scooped faces, and sizes 8–11 use hollow extrusion plus thinner dual cables for minimal weight
