The Metolius Grip Saver Plus is a training tool designed to strengthen and develop the muscles and tendons in the forearm, wrist, hand, and fingers. The Grip saver can also be used as a pre-workout finger warm-up tool and is often recommended for building up strength post-injury.
Each Grip Saver Plus comes with two sizes of finger cords, step-by-step instructions for use, and exercises, with three different options Soft - Blue, Regular - Red, and Hard - Orange.
